3+ yrs. experience. Location: Calabasas, CA
What You Will Be Doing
Prepare the annual budget for each (8-9) properties and calculate tenants CAM estimates
Prepare tenant adjustments when necessary
Balance sheet reconciliation
Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and annual CAM reconciliations
Review leases and bill tenants
Respond to tenant disputes related to CAM reconciliation/billings
Calculate Consumer Price Index and rent calculations
Prepare lender reserve draws for reimbursing leasing commissions and capital items
What You Need for this Position
An ideal candidate will have a Bachelors Degree in Accounting
3+ years property management accounting and preparing CAM reconciliations
MRI or Yardi accounting software
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Team Oriented with strong organization skills
Multitasker who can work under pressure
