Job Title: Attorney
Location: Scottsdale, AZ
Salary: $120,000 - $200,000 + Bonus
Requirements: JD from an Accredited Law School / Admission to the AZ Bar / 3+ Years of Litigation Experience / Additional Consideration to those Licensed in other states including CA, WA, NM, UT, OR, CO, or NV / Trial Experience (Plus)
Additional Information: This is an excellent opportunity for an insurance defense attorney looking to make the career transition to high-dollar plaintiff's work. This firm consists of experienced attorneys who litigate high dollar cases throughout the Western United States.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues
- Handle litigation relating to product defect, construction defect, premises liability, insurance, general tort, and related areas of practice.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts
- Assist in negotiating settlements and agreements
- Represent clients in court hearings and trials
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
- JD from Accredited Law School
- Admission to the AZ Bar
- 3+ Years of Litigation Experience
- Trial Experience (Plus)
