Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Commercial PM to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Construction, Project Management, and Supervision, and be highly organized and detail-oriented. The successful candidate will have a great understanding of MS Project, Sage, and Procore. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing team and make a positive impact in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and organize all phases of the project, including budgeting, scheduling, and forecasting
Monitor progress and present weekly reports to the company.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards
Develop and track budgets and timeline to meet project objectives
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget
Maintain accurate records of project progress and status
Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Ensure proper communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Project Management or related field
At least 5 years of experience in Commercial Project Management
Proficiency in MS Project, Sage, and Procore
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
