Title: Maintenance Manager
Location: South Lake, Texas 76092
Salary: $60,000 - $90,000
We are an international Electronic Manufacturing Services provider, specializing in custom electronic solutions. Our services include engineers, component production, cable assembly, and final product delivery.
With over 2,300 employees Globally, we cater to the needs of customers in industries such as Aviation, medicine, transportation, energy supply and defense.
Now, we are looking to add a Maintenance Professional with Facilities and Manufacturing experience.
What you Will Be Doing
Conduct regular maintenance of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
Develop and implement maintenance procedures to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
Identify and repair issues with HVAC, electrical, plumbing & other systems.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with Safety Regulations and Standards.
General Facilities upkeep.
What You Need for this Position
High School Diploma / equivalent.
Technical training / relevant experience required.
Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC and plumbing skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals.
Proficiency in maintenance management software.
PLC experience is a plus.
