To maintain and repair all process equipment and facilities by performing necessary task and or managing outside contractors for the purposes of supporting the needs of operations and contribute to the achievement of the Quality Objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensures operation of machinery, mechanical equipment and facilities by completing preventive maintenance requirements on Autoclaves, Ovens, CNC, Pneumatic system, Vacuum systems, Building structure, HVAC systems and production machines;
- Following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications as well as troubleshooting and resolving malfunctions;
- Performs other related duties and assignments as required.
Qualifications
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- HVAC experience and Building repair
- Able to complete assignments with attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
- Able to work independently with minimal guidance and as part of a team
- Advanced knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical equipment, controls and building repair.
