Operations Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our team in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our laboratory and materials testing operations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our services are delivered to the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
All field coordination
QC of field work
Maintain and manage a coring schedule and an NDT schedule
Management of core storage
Organize and maintain a standardized documentation of all field work hours and associated production across all activities
Management of AID vehicle maintenance and inspections
Management of AID equipment inventory, including storage and maintenance
Management and regular reporting of all expenses; including purchases, EZ-Pass, fuel etc.
Maintain vehicle and equipment maintenance procedures
Culture of field operations staff (need to identify areas of concern and recommendations, by way of an action plan, for focus and improvement)
