Job Title: Preconstruction Coordinator
Location: State College, PA OR Altoona, PA
Salary: $70k-$120k - dependent on experience + bonuses and allowances
Requirements: Bachelor's in Construction or related and 3+ years experience in estimating/preconstruction

Our team is looking for a Preconstruction Coordinator. The Preconstruction Coordinator will prepare bids, construction budgets, and schedules. In addition, they will collaborate with clients and subcontractors, research project constraints, lead initiatives for project cost optimization, and identify qualified subcontractors.
