We are looking for an experienced and motivated Superintendent to join our Commercial Construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the construction industry, with a solid understanding of commercial building and renovation projects. The Superintendent will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from pre-construction to job completion.
Position Overview: The Superintendent will be responsible for managing construction projects from initial planning to completion, including scheduling, budgeting, purchasing materials, supervising subcontractors, and ensuring safety standards are met. The Superintendent will also be responsible for ensuring quality control, conducting site visits, and coordinating with clients.
