Due to growth, we are hiring for Superintendents in the position of Commercial Construction Superintendent in Commercial and Residential Site Development & Construction. The right individual will be a self-starting, organized and hands on leader that provides a focus on quality, customer service, and safety.
Qualifications
At least 5+ years of experience managing in-house and subcontracted resources in all areas of site development
First Aid and CPR Certified
Great Communication Skills
Hands on Leader
Understand plans and specs
set and manage project schedules and budgets
manage project changes
Proficient with: MS Office (Excel and Outlook)
Nice to Have
OSHA 30 Certified
Spanish Language Skills
