Who you are:
Experience as a Superintendent at a General Contractor
Experience with public works, DSA, k-12, and/or educational projects (10 Mill
Ground-up project experience
Experience with one or more of the following: Microsoft Office suite (ex. Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.), ProCore, Adobe, BlueBeam
Proficiency in reading plans and specifications
What you will be doing:
Interpret plans and specifications
Schedule subcontractors and material deliveries
Maintain project schedule and safety program
Meet or exceed client expectations
Organized, detail oriented, deadline driven
Experience with public works projects
Ability to perform building layouts and supervise site work
Ability to understand construction drawings and specifications
Experience with scheduling of subcontractors and suppliers
Self-motivated and willing to travel
Able to identify project impacting critical issues and challenges
Effective in written and verbal communication skills.
Coordinate as required the activities of inspection agencies
Handle Job labor relations
Facilitate dispute resolution
Manage owner acceptance of the work
Assist with project closeout
