Job Title: Traveling Superintendent
Location: Must live in Northeast: NJ, PA, NY, RI, MA, CT, NH, VT or ME
Salary: $75K-$95K + Commission

We are a highly respected nationwide property restoration company, and we are in search of a ground-up GC Superintendent with the ability to travel.
Our projects range from $100K to $40M and examples are housing developments and mid-rise buildings.
Our Superintendents typical travel schedule is 4 weeks on, 1 week off. However, there are times certain jobs may require about 6 weeks on.
We are a nationwide company, and this Superintendent role will predominantly handle the Northeast territory. However, there will be times when nationwide travel is required.
The Superintendent must live within one of our Northeast territory states, which include New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine.
When called for a job, Superintendents must be boots on the ground within 1 hour of the call for projects within driving distance, or on the next available flight for jobs requiring a flight.
The compensation package includes a base salary plus 1.5% commission based upon Gross Profit of each job.
